By accessing or using AnchorPitch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is operated by AnchorPitch Inc. ("AnchorPitch", "we", "us", or "our").
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Business Plan. During the trial period, you will have access to all Business Plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Free Plan unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Trial features are subject to the same usage limits as the Business Plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all subscription fees. If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, prorated charges or credits will be applied. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each subscription tier has specific proposal limits: Free (1/month), Pro (10/month), Business (50/month), and Enterprise (unlimited). Proposals generated beyond your plan's limit will require an upgrade. Team seat limits apply to the Business plan (5 seats) and Enterprise (unlimited). Unused proposals do not roll over to the next month.
You retain full ownership of all proposals and content created using the Service. AnchorPitch does not claim ownership of your proposal content. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content included in your proposals. You grant AnchorPitch a limited license to process your content through our AI systems solely for the purpose of generating and improving your proposals. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before sending to clients.
Electronic signatures collected through the Service are intended to be legally binding under applicable electronic signature laws. However, AnchorPitch does not provide legal advice and makes no guarantee regarding the legal enforceability of signatures in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures comply with your local laws and industry requirements.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) create proposals containing illegal, defamatory, or infringing content; (b) spam or send unsolicited communications; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other users; (d) reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; or (e) use the Service in violation of any applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
AnchorPitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorPitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or if your account remains inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may export your proposals.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
